Try these steps:
Listening: Focus on listening to myself and also anything that God might be trying to tell me. Sometimes you don’t hear anything. Sometimes you are reminded of someone that you may need to encourage or apologize to. This is good. Quiet is something we all get to little of these days.
Free Your Mind: Find a quiet place to take away all the distractions. Take a moment and really figure out what is occupying your mind at the time. If it is something that keeps recurring see what the triggers are.
