1/2 grapefruit, peeled and sliced into wedges (frozen if possible)
1/2 orange, peeled and sliced into wedges (frozen if possible)
1/4 avocado, pitted and peeled
2 collard green leaves, stems trimmed
1 cup water
4-5 ice cubes
1/8 tsp Stevia
