When was the last time you really let you know that you appreciate yourself? Everything and everyone flourishes in the face of acknowledgment and appreciation.
Just for today, take the time to appreciate yourself. Write out a list of the 21 things you really appreciate and or admire about you.
For this exercise, stay away from your physical characteristics like hair, legs and other body pasts.
Instead focus on your inner qualities.
If you really want to be courageous, share you list with a friend or loved one and ask them for feedback.
