Dr. Ian Smith is a voice that sounds off for causes worthy to take notice. Diabetes, Sickle Cell Anemia, Weight Loss are just a few causes he raises awareness for. His most recent book, HAPPY has uplifted and empowered readers to take a new perspective on life and look at life in a more positive way.
We recently asked Dr. Ian Smith to give u 3 tips on how to be happy. Here’s his tips:
DR. IAN SMITH: First of all, this is an important time to get happy. Happiness is organic and you have control over that. Even in rough patches in life, you still can be happy.
1. Find a hobby like painting, gardening or listening to some good music. Don’t let vanity over shadow the simple things in life that can make you happy.
2. Hang out with people who are happy. It’s contagious.
3. Do 4 others – Read a book to kids and share your time.
