1) Be in the present. Do not focus on past events or future comings. Be in the now, experience life as it is happening. You do not want to preoccupy your mind with the past or future and miss out on what’s happening currently.
2) Let the mind flow. Take time to let your mind do it’s thing, without limiting it.
3) Stop the reaction. Learn to control the negative thoughts, emotions, and attitudes and you will find inner peace. You need to break the cycle of reactions that can make you feel trapped in your negativity.
Think of yourself as a garden. A garden tended to with love is always appreciated. In order to achieve a pure mind you must nurture your garden and weed out what does not support health and growth (negative thoughts).
