1) Just be (be in the moment, be with your breath, and allow yourself to simply be a human being). The first step to connecting with your spirit and soul is to take time to be with yourself everyday. Meditation is key. You must be away from technology and outer distractions, and just enjoy your own company. If you can’t embrace time with yourself, who can?

2) Take time to be in nature. Find a way to discover the beauty in every living thing. Nature is one of the greatest tools we have to reach tranquility, we should utilize it.

3) Don’t  be judgmental. Looking down on others is a negative vibe you put out on the world as well as yourself. Remember to love everything and everyone for what they are.
