I am going to share my crazy regimen right now.  I get emails all the time and hear from my readers about how they are struggling with getting started and their weight.  I think it is very common.  I lost 28 pounds last January and it is absolutely the best thing I could have done.  It gave me greater confidence and made me feel real good about myself.  I love the way my clothes fit and I like the way I look in the mirror (most times) lol.

It is hard work though.  Living healthy is not easy, it is a definite choice you make daily.  I work out now 5 times a week sometimes 6.  I work out Mon thru Fri and sometimes I get it in on a Saturday.  I never thought I would ever work out twice a day, but when you get into a habit, it becomes you.  You live it and you feel it when you don’t get your work out in.  You feel sluggish.

I am doing water aerobics, bowflex circuit training, step/taebo kick class (which I absolutely love) and the eliptical machine.  I am noticing a huge difference in my endurance and my energy.  Not to mention my number one goal this year is to have sexy arms.  I do not want my arms waving with me (LOL).  Ladies, can you relate to that?  Yall know THAT is NOT cute at all.  I want to look sexy in my tank tops.  I am on my way. I was 3% over the average body fat percentage.  Get tested at your local gym and know your numbers.
