K.D. Bowe spoke with Dekalb County CEO Lee May about the recent spending controversy and how he is taking action to improve the operations of the county.

In his own words, he reveals what the expensive investigation was about and why it was done,  and he also confirms whether or not he will be resigning.

The most thought provoking piece is when May admits that he is unhappy that the corruption allegations have become a distraction and that Dekalb County is still in the headlines.
