Cee-Lo Green has had a busy year. From his spot as a judge on NBC’s ‘The Voice’, a new TBS reality show, recording original music, and now a 35-city tour opening for musical legend Lionel Richie, the grind doesn’t stop for the singer.

“We’re on the second leg of the tour and I’m having so much fun. Lionel is doing his thing really gracefully and graciously,” Green says. “It’s two full hours of bonafide classics so I’m a student.”

As if traveling from city to city doesn’t require discipline,Cee-Lo is now starring in a new semi-scripted reality show surrounding the members of his legendary hip-hop group, Goodie Mob.

“I shot most of our new show last year in Vegas. I brought all the guys out. TBS was in the market for something reality based. They gave us a premise, but the dialogue  is freestyle.”
