So, we’ve already established that Pope Francis is pretty much cooler than cool. And now? We find out the Archbishop of Rome owns a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. That is to say, he used to own a Harley. Pope Francis is selling his bike to benefit the  Caritas Roma charity, which works to help the needy on behalf of the Roman Catholic Church.

The bike was gifted to the pope in June 2013 by Harley-Davidson, when crowds of bikers visited the Vatican to celebrate the brand’s 110th anniversary. Though it’s been confirmed that the pope never actually rode the motorcycle (or any motorcycle, for that matter) the fact that a religious leader owned something so badass is particularly amusing.

The Bonhams auction house will be auctioning the Harley on Feb. 6th in Paris.
