Deitrick Haddon says:
I long for the day when we can stop attacking each other and begin to stand together in love against the real enemy!!
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
There is a demonic force that has an agenda to turn brother against brother, sister against sister, preacher against preacher……etc It’s an old ancient warfare tactic, that you would think we would have overcome by now, called “Divide & conquer”. That unclean spirit knows if we stand together and support one another, it wouldn’t even stand a chance. It’s time to kill it through the power of love, prayer, communication & unification!!
Psalms 133 says, “Behold how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!!”
I recently had a disagreement with a great preacher in whom I have great respect for. The debate was pretty intense and got kind of heated!! We found ourselves in a disagreement that made us both walk away questioning each others character. However, the Holy Spirit in us both did not allow that negative encounter to stop us from coming back together and getting an understanding. We decided to kill the spirit of division by fellowshipping on purpose. Once we made time to settle down & communicate with the mind to get an understanding we both realized that we actually had a lot in common. We believed in the same things, we’re on the same team but had different gifts, callings and different assignments.
We found out that we were fighting to win souls for the same organization and that is the Kingdom of God!! I don’t want to spoil the tv show, but at least those who follow me will know.
I have to go on record and say that I have a great respect for Bishop Clarence McClendon and if you ever get a chance to have an audience with him, take it. He has a powerful relationship with our God!! We both humbled ourselves and recognized what we could have done differently and apologized for any offense we may have caused one another! We also apologize to the body of Christ in which we may have offended. Church let’s unite in this fight in the name of Jesus Christ!!
