“I will be having surgery and rectifying the [situation]. That will play out on the show,” Cynthia told Radar Online after she deadened speculation that she’s pregnant with baby No. 2.
After photos of her from the recent Miss Universe pageant hit the Web, many thought the model-turned-reality star had another bun in the oven, but Cynthia explained via Twitter that it was a “medical condition” that caused the apparent weight gain.
