    1 tenderloin
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1/4 cup molasses
    2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
    3/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
    1/2 red onion, cut into thin slices
    1 cup fresh arugula
    4 slices of pita bread, tips removed
